Return Policy

*All Items returned must be in the original packaging, in salable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt within the first 30 days after the original purchase date. 
After 30 Days Store Credit Only will be applied.
For the safety of our customers and ours we CANNOT exchange or return Chemicals without a factory sealed lid And Special Orders are non-Returnable.

Terms of Service and Payment

1. TERMS:  Payment is due upon completion of pool service.  If payment is not received, late payment fees will be assessed. All Customers must have a valid Credit Card on file to be charged at the completion of the service. All other forms of payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled service.
2. LATE PAYMENT FEES: Every 10 days past due, 1.5% of the total due at the time of service will be added to the total due, resulting in a maximum fee of 9% added to the final total due.
3. COLLECTION COSTS:  If amounts are not paid as agreed, we may demand immediate payment of the full balance.  If the balance is referred to a collection agency or attorney for collection, you agree to pay a fee of 40% of the total balance due plus any court costs.
4. LIABILITY: Cannonball Pools are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by failure to make delivery or repair due to the manufacturer’s failure to deliver, distribution’s failure to deliver, weather conditions, or any other condition beyond our control.  In the event of non-payment, and we do not deliver or repair as a result of non-payment, we will not be liable for any damages in either a direct or indirect manner.

Cancellation Policy

1. TERMS: Your acceptance of this agreement by submitting your contract to Cannonball Pools will constitute a contract entered in accordance with the conditions, charges, and terms outlined within this contract.
2. 48 HOUR NOTICE:   Notification of cancellation for service at least 48 hours in advance will not be charged a service fee.
3. POST-SERVICE CANCELLATION:  If service is completed prior to cancellation, the customer is fully responsible for services performed.

If you wish to cancel this contract, you must either:​

1. Email a cancellation notice to Info@cannonballpoolsnj.com 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Cancellations received within 24 hours of service may result in a $75 scheduling fee.

Cannonball Pools reserves the right to cancel your account without notice if you do not make payment as agreed.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, immediate family members, and household members of Cannonball Pools are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on:

and ends on:

End Date: 7/25/26 at 5:00 PM EST

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Winners will be contacted July 31st, 2026

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter in person by making a $250 Qualifying purchase in-store. A qualifying purchase is limited to stocked inventory at the time of purchase. Excludes payments for special ordered items, Services fees, and all other non-qualifying items.

A free alternative method of entry (AMOE) is always available.

Specify a standard size like a 4″ x 6″ or 3″ x 5″ unfolded postcard. 

Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Giveaway end date and received within five (5) business days after the Giveaway closes All postcard details (e.g., full name, address, phone number, email) be hand-printed.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household unless otherwise stated.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

If products are mentioned during the Giveaway, they are offered independently of entry into the Giveaway.

These prizes will be awarded to 6 individual households and are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless determined by the Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

*Base Pool Closing is only applied and cover of our base level service. All additional services and chemicals required to complete the pool closing will be paid by the winner at the time of the pool closing. Standard compliance with Cannonball Pools Terms of service will still be required to redeem the award of the Pool Closing. 

7. Winner Selection

6 winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will occur on or about:

July 31st, 2026

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be contacted via one of the options below :

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, another winner may be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

9. Prize Claim

Winner may be required to:

• Provide proof of identity
• Verify age
• Complete an Affidavit of Eligibility
• Complete a Liability/Publicity Release where permitted by law

Failure to complete requested documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

Any prize valued at $600 or more may require completion of IRS tax documentation.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Cannonball Pools to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, photograph, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
• Disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
• Disqualify entries generated by bots or automated means.
• Remove fraudulent or duplicate entries.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

13. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cannonball Pools, its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

14. Privacy

Information collected during the Giveaway will only be used for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Cannonball Pools’ Privacy Policy.

Information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

If conducted on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another social media platform:

16. Governing Law

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
